ZeraGrants is both software and a service. Pricing is meant to be simple: a free sample first, then a plan only if it earns its place.
Yes. The sample is free with no obligation and no card required. It is how you judge the quality of our screening before deciding whether a plan is worth it.
The three plans differ mainly in refresh cadence: Focus is analyst-refreshed quarterly, Core (our recommended plan) monthly, and Priority twice-monthly with priority scheduling and a quarterly strategy check-in. Grant Radar screening, the Tracker workspace, and human review are the same across all three.
Onboarding is a one-time setup where we build your organization profile and calibrate eligibility — it is the same fee on any tier. The annual plan (Focus, Core, or Priority) is the ongoing service: grant Radar screened to your eligibility, plus the Tracker workspace to manage applications.
No. Drafting is an optional add-on billed per application, only on the grants you choose to pursue. It is never bundled into your plan.
